In mid-June 2025, Changsha HONCHON Technology Co., Ltd. organized a unique “Guilin Four-Day, Three-Night Team-Building Trip.” This event not only strengthened communication and collaboration among employees but also deepened their family members' understanding and of the company's culture, injecting new vitality into building a more cohesive corporate team.

Guilin is renowned worldwide for its unique karst topography and picturesque natural landscapes, and is one of the world-class tourist cities selected by UNESCO. Under the meticulous planning of the company's Human Resources Department, the itinerary seamlessly integrated natural scenery, cultural experiences, and fun team-building activities, receiving unanimous praise from both employees and their families.

Itinerary Highlights

On the first day, the team arrived in Yangshuo and visited the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, where they participated in a creative group photo challenge with the “Water Moon Cave” as the backdrop, kicking off the journey.

On the second day, all members boarded a Li River cruise ship, enjoying the picturesque landscapes along the riverbanks, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, and immersing themselves in the beauty of nature. In the afternoon, the team cycled along Yangshuo's “Ten-Mile Gallery,” participating in a photography competition in groups to capture the scenic views and fun interactive moments along the way.

On the third morning, employees experienced bamboo rafting on the Yulong River, relaxing their minds and bodies amidst the mountains and rivers; in the evening, all members watched the live performance “Guilin Millennium Romance,” immersing themselves in the charm of Zhuang culture through advanced stage technology.

On the fourth day, everyone ascended the Xiangong Mountain observation deck to overlook the Li River's grand bends amidst morning mist, marveling at the harmonious blend of grandeur and elegance in Guilin's landscapes. Before the trip concluded, the company's CEO, Luis, shared at the team meeting: “The best team-building is creating unforgettable memories together.”

To foster a more culturally authentic exchange atmosphere, the team chose local specialty restaurants frequented by locals for all meals.
