VITA 16 color PMMA is dental consumable for dental temporary restorations. It’s a highly simulation teeth-making material, which is close to teeth color, soft and flexible. VITA 16 color PMMA is made of special polymethyl methacrylate, which has increased translucency and superior mechanical properties. It is designed for dental application of long term or short term temporary restorations, cemented or screw retained replacements.

Advantages

* Light weight & excellent abrasion resistance, PMMA block is lighter than other materials, but it is more durable because of its flexible property. Not easy to crack during production & use, moderate hardness, and combine well with the base material. It is extremely convenient to grind, dissect and polish.

* Excellent bright finishing surface, good polishing performance after milling, presenting high translucency and glassy luster.

* Excellent long-term shade stability and aesthetics, similar to natural teeth, causing no damage to surrounding normal teeth and can be used for a long time. Generally, the service life of PMMA false teeth is about five years.

* Available in Open CADCAM system / Zirkonzahn system / Amann Girrbach system.

* Denture structure and low moisture absorption, good bio-compatibility, generally it does not cause allergic reactions or other adverse reactions.
