Stable results begin with the right materials. We use top-quality zirconia powders from Japan TOSOH and China’s Guoci, both known for consistent purity and particle size.

Each batch is shaped using Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP). This ensures even density throughout the block, reducing internal stress and preventing uneven shrinkage during sintering.

 Pre-Sintering and Shrinkage Control

Before leaving our factory, each block goes through pre-sintering under carefully controlled conditions.
We measure and record the shrinkage rate of every batch (usually 20–25%) and compare it to the CAD/CAM design. This helps labs know exactly what to expect — no surprises after sintering.

 Temperature Sensitivity Testing

We test each batch under different temperatures to make sure small changes (±5–10°C) won’t warp or crack the block. This step guarantees our blocks work well with a variety of furnaces and sintering programs.

 One-Burn Simulation in the Factory

Before approval, we perform an in-house “one burn” trial. Using standard crowns and bridges, our technicians simulate real lab conditions. Only blocks that pass this test — fitting perfectly with stable translucency — are shipped.
