Product Introduction
Honchon ceramic blocks are designed for dental CAD/CAM systems. They are resin-free and don’t need sintering after milling, which saves time. You can make inlays, onlays, veneers, and crowns quickly — usually within 40 minutes.
Key Features
No resin added, so the blocks are very durable and wear-resistant.
No sintering required — after milling, just polish and use.
Strong and tough, with flexural strength around 250 MPa.
Elastic modulus close to natural tooth enamel, which helps avoid loosening after chewing.
Made with advanced microcrystal control technology, giving a good balance between strength and ease of milling.
The material keeps its color well and doesn’t stain over time.
Technical Data
Flexural Strength: about 250 MPa ± 30 MPa
Elastic Modulus: about 90 GPa (close to tooth enamel)
Processing Time: around 25-40 minutes (scan, design, mill, polish)
Wear Resistance: much better than resin composite materials
Available Shades

Applications
Honchon ceramic blocks are suitable for:
Inlays and onlays
Veneers
Crowns
Other permanent tooth restorations
How to Use
Scan the patient’s teeth or model.
Design the restoration with CAD software.
Mill the block using the right burs and milling machine.
Polish the restoration carefully.
Bond it to the tooth with glass ionomer cement after acid etching and silane treatment.
Why Choose Honchon Blocks?
Many dental clinics still use resin for fillings, but resin wears out faster and can discolor. Honchon blocks offer a durable, easy-to-process alternative that matches the natural teeth well and saves time in the clinic.
